You reach out to our intake manager and make a new friend. We figure out what needs to happen and how.

Zoning Analysis
Our architect explores how to get the most bang for your buck in project size and scope.

Plan Approval
We tackle the DOB, FDNY, DEP, and all the rest of ‘em. We then revise the plans according to all objections.

DOB Permits
Once your project plans are approved, we get your permits. Relax; we'll make it smooth and painless.

Start Building
You have the green light to put those plans in action. (And to indulge in a celebratory toast. Cheers!)

Certificate of Occupancy
Once the construction is complete, we file and obtain the C of O. Your building is ready for move-in!
